Kelvin Lambert - Warwick South

Kelvin Lambert was born in Newcastle upon Tyne and lived in several parts of the country before moving to Warwick. He is married with two children.  Kelvin is a chartered engineer and works in energy. He has been active in politics since the 1980s with, particularly due to being disabled, interests in support services and transport, both key WCC responsibilities. In addition, he's interested in environment and foreign affairs.
